Traffic Acquisition

My interaction with traffic is a long story, it includes organic traffic(coming from search engines, social networks) acquisition with pre-analytics and paid advertising setup and management, using platforms like Facebook, Google Adwords, Tik-Tok, etc.
I know the whole process including A/B testing of multiply campaign options.

Web Development

My first commercial website was developed at 2003. Since then, I had worked with HTML editors, Adobe products, Flash technology, a wide variety of platforms like WordPress, VBulletin, Magento, etc.
During recent 15 years, operating as a Product Owner/Project Manager/CTO, I have formed and managed directly teams consisting of system architects, programmers, testers, system administrators.

Negotiation & Presentation

I know how to write a story, how to pitch a product or project, representing and highlighting it's important parts. Understanding the audience and empathically feeling emotions, I am able to prepare exactly the thing people are waiting for.
All the details including how to look like, what and when to say, are under my attention.

That company was my starting point to enter the Mobile Commerce World of Telecom Sector. Since then, Value Added Services and Digital Content where in my focus.

My experience in communications combined with deep understanding of SEO and WEB technologies led to an opportunity to become a part of SMSProxy Project, which was a mobile billing service later known as Russian Billing.

I have created a real dream-team who managed and developed the company, and our efforts to develop the best billing solution were successful. Russian Billing served 1000+ partners and had a turnover of 8M dollars per month, mainly in Russian market.

After building a successful mobile payment processor and aggregator, I joined the new team to build content projects. Our portfolio included TheLove dating service, FreeFolder file sharing portal, a network of video tubes and security-related service.

I was invited to join a start-up related to tourism as Technology Expert. ElHobo was a portal where people can plan private tours for their groups depending on their needs, and tour providers were able to offer their products for that groups. It was very modern and nice looking, but after launching the project we had discovered that market cap is very low.

My next target was to build a successful agency focused on web-site development and promotion. My idea was to make projects for customers, building team who can in the same time develop startups.

I think that I had made all operational and management mistakes in that business before I understood that the best way to stop losing my money and time is to close it :). It costed me hundreds thousands bucks and nearly 5 years total, because I had paid all debts to employees, partners and customers.

As I had well-known experience in mobile payments and VAS in general, I was invited to join RGK Group to setup new mobile payment connections with mobile network operators and help in business development. 

The company was bright, but due to internal problems came to a crash.

We have started ABC Mobile in 2017 together with Stas Polonsky. The company was focused on mobile content development. It was our initial step in creating a group of businesses known as ABC Group.

Our mission is to make A Better Content by providing outstanding experience both for users who interact with our products and partners who help us with user acquisition.

Key Points

I am a common guy born in Minsk, Belarus, Eastern Europe. I have some experience in IT, business and networking, but that doesn’t make me someone really different from you, who reads that text. And it doesn’t matter, where are you based, what languages do you speak, what sex or age are you.

Many people try to represent themselves as outstanding, experienced and very important persons. From my point of view, it’s a big mistake. Once you start positioning yourself as a king who is better than anyone else, you stop learning from others. And that leads your progress to the end.

I always tried to be honest and a good person in general. But the thing is that people see the world from different angles of view, and sometimes it’s impossible to have a deal. In many cases you even don’t understand it, before you start.
